We would kindly ask our guests to note the following.
- Arrival and departure: apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We would ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m. on the day of your departure. Other times possible by arrangement.
- Prices: prices are per apartment and per day. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity as well as final cleaning are all included in the price.
- Tourist tax: as of 2014, by decree of the Province of South Tyrol, a local tax will be levied in addition to the price of the stay. This is currently € 2.40 per person per day. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax.
- Payment: we would ask you to settle your final bill in cash. For binding reservations we request a deposit of €100 to be retained in the event of cancellation. Please note that reservations are only valid one you have received confirmation from us.
- Pets: pets are allowed by Arrangement.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in our hotel.
